Pros

There are none, best thing I ever did was leave.

Cons

3 month rolling contract. Supposedly self- employed Field Engineer. In reality no sick or holiday pay, and you pay your own NI etc via an umbrella company. However, they give you a van and expect you to be on call at all times. You get travel time until you hit 'the limit', then nothing. Instead of being paid per hour, you're now paid per job - then given few jobs per day (but still expected to be on call) unless you work in central London. Paid even less for a job if you have to abort it for any reason, or if you have two jobs in one place. Left as impossible to live on the meagre wages, which went down by c£400 a month once pay per job was introduced. Marginally over £1k per month for 44 hours per week? No thanks!

Pros

Rubbish job is better than no job.

Cons

High staff turnover, no opportunities for career progression, internal structures and processes changing every few months as if the management couldn't make up their minds about how to do things or they're just too incompetent, low salary that doesn't increase just to name a few.
