      Pros

      Generally people seem to be softer than other leading luxury brands. Humble people there. Brand has an incredible legacy. Individuals are trying as best as they can.

      Cons

      Lack of fund for running a luxury. Nobody knew when & how much next funds will come through. Thus, no plan no calendar. For such a beautiful brand it’s a pity.

      Pros

      It has an incredible legacy. Their HQ still conserves the office of Jeanne Lanvin which is much older than Coco Chanel’s. Their staff are humble in comparison to many other luxury brands.

      Cons

      Serious problem on financing lead to perpetual payment issue, lack of forecast, dated looking stores.
