      Pros

      The President and CEO of the company is also the founder. Mr. Joseph Lukowski is a man of his word and is one of the most honest, upfront, and down to earth person I've ever met. He is a man of integrity and his business dealings are carried out with the utmost professionalism.

      Cons

      Due to the size of the company, insurance premiums were a bit high.

      Pros

      The CEO (Mr. Lukowski) and the entire leadership team at LTSI are very personable, genuine, and professional. This is my first time working in a contract position. I didn't know what to expect but everyone was so patient and welcoming that I immediately new I was going to love working here. This company genuinely cares for it's employees and their families and that,s a huge deal for me personally!

      Because it's an SCA position, you have to wait 12 months to earn/use PTO.

      Had to fight for my hourly rate

      They leave you alone for the most part. You can do your job in peace

      Cons

      During the onboarding process I had to fight way to hard for my current hourly rate. I wasn't even negotiating an increase which I should've. They seem extremely greedy.
