      Pros

      Not too many pros that I can think of. They choose not to value employees and have zero emphasis on safety.

      Cons

      They don't value their employees or their customers. They put absolutely no emphasis on safety and feel intimidated when an outsider recommends things due to experience.

      Pros

      most of the supers and their foreman are a really great group of guys with tons of knowledge and experience and usually very willing to teach/educate you about any questions you may have about how or why they do things one way or another.

      Cons

      VPs show little to no loyalty to guys who deserve it the most. when one of the hardest working laborers from my site asked for a raise after working 18 hour days for months he got 1$ more while another company offers to give him 10$ more. Largo's loss. Also they just let people go without giving any reasons or warnings even after years of service and knowing all the ins and outs of the company.

      Flexible schedule, No one looking over your shoulder, Lots of different types of projects.

      Cons

      Unless you kiss the owners butt you will never get a bonus or promoted. Little to no training of any kind, Very few paid holidays.
