      Laid back work atmosphere lax dress code

      Cons

      Boys club mentality. Plays favorite. Owner too involved in day to day tasks. A 'don't' screw up culture. Pay is a joke.

      Work load is reasonable for most people

      Cons

      I worked for Larsen for a few years in the office area. The owners almost never give raises to these people so keep in mind if you apply here.
