Pros

Product,the industry & the creativity

Cons

Uk management made poor decisions coming also from the US we imagine -lack of team feeling and as we have seen you can be exited immediately meaning we don't buy in as there is no culture and nobody values you aside from the local senior guy

Pros

Good co-workers. Decent office space (used to be better). Good discounts on framing.

Cons

Low pay Terrible leadership Values (They taut the values but THEY MEAN NOTHING) No advancement opportunities. Once you are hired that is the last time you will be treated like a person. After that you will be mistreated, lied to, get no raises or bonuses, over worked, and generally live in fear of being let go at any moment. Culture stinks, daily work life stinks, and no one on the executive team cares. Especially the CEO.
