      Interesting product in the laser industry

      Lack of advancement opportunities and investment for the growth of their employees. Upper management lacks vision for the company and very little innovation.

      Pros

      Coworkers are nice, middle management is kind and helpful.

      Cons

      Outdated way of thinking and leading with no want of changing insight. Upper management all they care about is making money and have been letting go of employees and giving their work load to the rest without any extra pay. The benefits are awful, so it’s communication in general. The turnover is high and blame it on the employee. But never wonder what they did to cause the employee to quit.

      -Can always ask for help -Great Staff despite management

      Cons

      -More work is thrown on you because company is understaffed and struggles to hire/retain people. -There is no compensation for the additional work added to your plate -Expectations don't match reality as there aren't enough people to meet the needs of demand or support of customers. -Because there are multiple projects going on and not enough people it can be hard to get the help you need. -HR -Management isn't consistent about decisions. -
