Get to work with metals and make cool rings

Cons

-Terrible work environment -Terrible terrible management -Treated as a number and not a person -Advertised to be able to make more money than you actually can -The only opportunity for growth doesn’t come with a pay raise -There are no incentives to grow in the company (if you become a lead you most likely will loose money) -Favoritism -Nepotism -lack of training -unrealistic expectations -Never listen to employees

Fun work, hands on, could be really enjoyable

Cons

Systematic issues with management and HR. Whenever something is brought up to HR they “tattle” on you to the acting manager. I would be all for the manager knowing if it didn’t mean being targeted and reprimanded.
