There are so many pros and my title says it all! We all work remotely so the work/ life balance is stellar. Everyone here wants you to succeed so they are all very helpful and support you when you need it, but MOST of all you get treated with trust and respect! They hire you to do a job and then they sit back and let you do the job instead of trying to micro-manage every little aspect of your day! I've never had a company keep their promises to me after I became an employee so it's like an answered prayer to have been recruited by this company!

This entire company is remote and also very horizontal. No commute, dry cleaning bill or time away from home. All employees are seen and treated as equals. The sales team is small and tight. We collaborate and have each other's backs, and we all have the potential to make a very good commission. Most employees have been here for 10+ years and it's like one big family.
