-Great coworkers -Interesting work, we work with the cool toys :) -Employees are valued -Client facing and so we meet people around the country -You are responsible for your work, no baby sitters here -Willing to train fresh graduates
Cons
-It's a high travel job, projects are typically a few months and while some clients are ok with remote work, most want you there. -You are responsible for your work, there are no baby sitters here.
