Pros
This is a place that is absolutely committed to it's employees professional and personal development and wellbeing. The team is super collaborative, so even though there's always a lot going on, you never feel too overwhelmed or like you're on your own! Flexible hours and hybrid working are great perks, as well as regular team socials. Everyone helps each other, and there's a real sense of team achievement when sharing in successes. There's a shared appreciation of work life balance from everyone.
Cons
Everyone has full schedules, so you need to be self-motivated, organised and good at time management. (Not as much of a con, but just something to note!)

Pros
The team is incredibly supportive. There's an interesting mix of clients and lots of opportunities for you to progress quickly and take ownership of different aspects of the business. You get what you give with Latte - and then some. It's absolutely a people-first business. Commission earning opportunities can also be amazing. You can also grow out a client portfolio to suit your interests / passions.
Cons
There can be times when your workload is high and work feels stressful. As we're a small team, there's nowhere to hide so you do have to be a grafter to do well here. The nature of the job can be repetitive.
