They take benefits away from you with out telling you, the CEO and COO are horrible with leading the company, no raises, no reviews, no processes and procedures, the only benefit is health care, the company is built on lies.
Have multiple sites, working schedule is not too tight, a few good product to survive the economy, good to learn stuff for the first couple of years.

there are always changes in the management. sometimes the timeline for a project changes so much that it is so hard to keep up with. The company also lives under the shade of two giant competitor, so sometimes could have a unstable financial situation.
