      Montonous, soul-crushing repetition led by a feckless, delusional CEO

      Most of the staff are very nice people.

      Cons

      Every single project is a cookie cutter clone of the one before it. Absolutely no imagination goes into anything. Absurd amounts of time are sunk into strategies that have been proven to fail over and over again. Whenever anything goes wrong, the slightest thing, expect a series of malicious meetings where management and CEO narrow down the list of culprits to blame and point fingers at. Extraordinarily poor communication at all levels. Agency is very obviously a vanity project of its CEO, Kathleen Lauchlan. She's the company's worst enemy and has no business running a business.

      A few nice people to work along side.

      Cons

      They make ridiculous requests and have unrealistic expectations. Upper-management is unqualified and will throw you under the bus for their incompetence.

      Since day one, Lauchlan has held their company values true to heart. Over the past few years, I've grown exponentially with the opportunities that have been presented in front of me. My skill set has expanded through team collaboration, learning new ways to problem-solve, developing processes, self-management, and always finding new technologies. I feel valued and appreciated by my leaders and I feel as I'm always pushing myself further while being comfortably challenged by the tasks that come my way. Creativity, collaboration, innovation, passion and professionalism; Lauchlan has set me up to follow these paths to success all while maintaining good company culture and a fun atmosphere.
