This list used to be easy to compose. It is a good company that is interested in doing good things in the communities they serve, however, like the title says, “times they are a changing”

Cons

lack of professional and personal boundaries, competing agendas amongst the leadership team, lack of transparency, and an overall tendency towards dishonesty framed as altruism. You know, gaslighting.
