Pros

Very few individuals were great

Cons

- Very little diversity given the urban location. Their lack of diversity hurts the work culture and their ability to serve diverse clients - HR is useless if you have any issues including racial comments by your coworkers -Management lacks training on how to support and develop their employees - Upper management plays favorites - Old school corporate values (e.g. working from home and common areas is shunned) - Unlimited PTO is false - Brown nosers will love it here - Very cliquey

Pros

Nothing, Absolutely nothing. None. Nada.

Cons

Where do we start with this company? This agency is quite literally the worst. During the interview process, HR tells you to ‘not pay attention to the Glassdoor reviews’ and ‘they’re not true’. Huh? What? Why would you say that if you have nothing to worry about? The HR department is extremely unprofessional, spilling personal information left and right to other employees. Watch your back. There is really terrible management at this company. People in grandfathered ‘leadership’ positions have absolutely no business being in one. Mind you, several of the people in these roles or the ones being promoted are family of the owner. The business they currently have is dwindling and no new business is being won. There’s been several CCO’s the last few years, but they are fired as soon as the agency is through with them. Mind you, they have also hired some of the rudest people you’ll ever meet. They have several rounds of layoffs every year and you never know when you’ll be tossed to the curb because they don’t like you, can’t afford you or want to replace you with someone cheaper. No loyalty is shown, even if you’ve been there for the majority of your career. It doesn’t matter what department you’re in, you’ll end up being promised a sense of culture. The act they put on is so far from the truth and this is an overall completely draining work environment. No one is looking to stay at this company. Don’t be fooled.

Pros

it’s agency experience I guess. you can also learn a lot about what you DONT want in a job and work environment.

Cons

The most toxic office environment I have ever been apart of. It’s all a blame game so no one has to be responsible for their own screw ups. Better it be someone else’s fault right? Managers were also actively against their own associates and had major screaming matches in front of everyone. The majority of leadership sits in MKE so the Chicago office is just a trash fire.
