Launch Agency is easily the best company I had the opportunity to work for.
Coming from almost 5 years from two different corporate-owned agencies under Omnicom this place was just so refreshing and truly like family. After my experience here, I'll never go back to corporate and much rather prefer working at a private company like this one.
Decades of experience in the industry, great clients, work on good work and fresh ideas, and it was so much fun to work here to be honest.
Their creative outlook and quality of work was surprisingly alot better than any of the work I did for these larger corporate companies and every member of the team is vital and important to the company. You do wear alot of hats and entreprenaur spirit is recommended, but in the end you really do feel special, no matter what role you are in.
The principles and coworkers at Launch actually and truly care about their employees and really accommodating to any needs for work and life.
The work and life balance is un-matched and one of the best qualities about the agency.
The momentum of the company as well is very exciting. I left right before it was starting to take off, with their branding, the social media planning, the new location and agency website and look, so really exciting time to join the company if you do.
I do hope to come back or partner again with the Launch Agency, they are some of the coolest cats, I've had the pleasure to work with.

I left because of a career path change and to train under an animation mentor.
There's alot of good opportunities here, and employees have left to advance in their careers and skills only to come back again in a couple of years.
Because it is a smaller company, you do want to come in knowing your craft or be on top of your game, so you can self-teach everything else in the fast-pace ad agency world.
