Pros

The staff are lovely There are some good accounts if you're positioned well in the business Its not without its fun times but there is room for improvement and increased authentic transparency

Cons

Not enough support when it comes to high work loads The care for staff feels like it is something that they do for show, to position themselves as being different Real change seems to only have come as a result of people leaving

Pros

A great environment for both new and tenured recruiters. If you are new theres plenty of training and support and you are given time to get up to speed. If you are tenured then they have the maturity to let you do your thing and just help when needed. Genuinely care for the staff and they are always the first thought. Not a heavily KPI driven environment if you are performing, large focus on quality. Management are enthusiastic, postive but also have realistic expectations..
