Pros

The office is laid-back and located in Downtown Orlando, you can wear jeans and a t-shirt to work, the majority of the employees are young and friendly, great after work happy hour events take place several times a year and awesome Christmas parties paid by the company.

Cons

Upper management doesn't fulfill their promises, a lot of employees get laid-off 1-2 times a year so everyone is usually unhappy or on edge, and many of the people in upper management only care about themselves and not the people on their team. Communication isn't always the best. Every year the owners and upper management say communication needs to be worked on.

Pros

A decent company to do design work for and it's located in a great downtown spot.

Cons

They let people go often. People are nervous on a daily basis from the fear of getting laid off. One day it's great and the next day - see ya.

Avoid Toxic Work Culture

Pros

Fun games, free weekly lunch, snacks, cool office, good to get started with the basics

Cons

The senior management is so blind to what is needed to grow and expand and refuse to listen. The majority of the senior leadership are specialized in the departments they oversee and its apparent. It is often heard between team members discussing "how will this help us?" met by forced smiles and optimism. They refuse to give credit to the proper channels and team that deserve it, will continuously pat the senior management team on the back and give them useless job titles and raises, while the actual workers suffer. The workplace is mainly motivated by the free booze in the break room which is a red flag by itself. They promote a family culture with everyone but have no problem promoting senior management, and cutting nearly 20 people who have been there for years. You allow managers to govern over whole teams while they are living in another state and refuse to actually connect with them. The marketing they do is outdated, and the pay is less than that than entry level fast food.
