Best ABA Company. Both for Employees, and Clients.
Pros
I worked here in the beginning when the Augusta clinic was the only one clinic we had. I've come back since my baby is now school age and am now working at the Evans location. The owner of the company has a heart of gold. He is so caring and kind and definitely has a passion for this field. He is sooo sooo good to his staff, clients, and client parents. His heart shines through every bit of his company. You can see it in who he hires and his expectations for his employees. Love and care is a high priority here for both the client and the staff. Everyone is treated with such kindness and understanding. I have worked under 7 different supervisors and absolutely ALL of them are so kind and caring. They make me feel safe and understood and supported as an employee in, and outside of the job. Watching them have 1-on-1 time with their clients is so heartwarming. They deeply love and care about every one of the kids here and so do the other RBT's. This isn't just a job to get money for us. Loving these children and helping them grow is our biggest joy. Though some days can be harder than others, never have I ever had a "bad" day working for Launch Therapy Center. I love this job so much! Every day is a true joy, no matter what challenges the day brings. I can't recommend any other company for your children as I can only feel safe recommending you to places where I KNOW your children will be truly loved and safe from impatient people. This place is safe for your precious little ones and their big emotions!
Cons
Really can't think of cons for this company. Though for the job in general you can at times get overwhelmed or overstimulated, Mr. Shawn makes sure that all staff are supported. We take care of each other and offer brief breaks to one another when needed. The supervisory staff makes sure everyone feels supported and loved in the specific way that speaks to them. I can say this job really isn't suited for anyone who doesn't have a huge passion for these kids.
