      Pros

      The culture is built around trust and accountability. You will not have a manager monitoring you every day, and it is a very pleasant experience for people who are self-managed and motivated. The hierarchy is pretty flat and you can talk to anyone and ask anyone for help.

      Cons

      The setup will not work for those who expect to be micromanaged and told everything that needs to be done.

      - Great work environment where you would definitely learn the product development cycle from client feature requests to the delivery of the actual product - Great teammates really focused on completing tasks at hand despite the deadlines - Will was a great CEO that you're comfortable to interact with - Everyone are there willing to help you out when you're stuck

      Cons

      - I can't really say anything bad about being in LaunchPad. For me, despite how small the engineering team, it was really a powerhouse.
