Pros

None. Not a single aspect of this experience was redeeming. I walked in hoping to learn, grow, and contribute. I walked out disrespected, unsupported, and deeply disappointed

Cons

* Employees are overworked on a daily basis * The so called ‘seniors’ couldn’t solve a problem if their job depended on it, which, ironically, it never seemed to. What a shocker! * On top of that, the team lacked truly experienced engineers. There was no one to learn from, no one accountable for technical decisions, and no one to guide junior staff, just a hierarchy based on ego and time served, not skill. * The CEO displayed a lack of professionalism, emotional maturity, and leadership accountability. Decisions were often reactive, inconsistent, and ego-driven creating a culture of confusion, frustration, and disengagement. *Their go-to management strategy? Threaten to fire you every time you ask a sensible question or anything that undermined their capability or make a mistake. It was less of a job, more of a hostage situation. * They struggle to complete everything on time, all projects are delayed by a lot *Decision making was not always objective; team alignment often depended on personal affiliations. *Not ideal at all for those seeking structure, mentorship, or professional stability, cause you won't find any of these *Certain team members regularly exerted control over others, creating a hostile and imbalanced team dynamic. This undermined collaboration and psychological safety. *Backchannel gossip and political behaviour were common, with some team members appearing agreeable on the surface but consistently undermining others behind the scenes. *Feedback frequently crossed the line into personal insults, with certain team members using criticism as a means to belittle rather than build. It created a culture where respect was absent and toxicity was tolerated. *Employees were thrown into projects without guidance or context, and any request for help was met with disrespect. Instead of mentorship, there was blame and belittlement. “Career growth here is fiction, a bedtime story the CEO probably tells himself to sleep at night. You’ll gain more from a YouTube tutorial than from his entire leadership team. The so called "ladder" doesn’t exist, just a blank wall for him to stare at while pretending he built something worth climbing. * Late pay, low pay, and zero respect for your time. You’ll give everything and get nothing, except stress and regret

Pros

If you're dumb, then join.

Cons

This company presents itself as a professional aerospace organization, but the reality is very different. There is no structured engineering team, and projects are often handled by interns with minimal support. Management is disorganized, salaries are frequently delayed, and employees are tied to a restrictive 3-month contract. The CEO forces extra hours with low pay — harassment if you refuse. Work hours are excessive, growth opportunities are almost nonexistent, and employee well-being is ignored. If you are considering this company, be aware that it may negatively impact both your career development and your mental health.

Pros

- Assigns challenging roles to even freshers giving chances to show their best skills - Open conversation environment where juniors can even talk about giving them additional roles along with the ongoing ones - Great mentorship by team leads - CEO is a young entrepreneur providing opportunities to show their employees skills

Cons

- Taking collective responsibilities by team members is the only minor thing I have witnessed while working
