Nice to work for, salaries are on the lower end but not high pressue

Nice environment, people are friendly, the work is pretty easy in customer care if you have common sense.

Cons

CC can be very separate from the business, seen as secondary. Some members of staff can be quite dramatic but that's found in any business.
