Pros

Leaving is the biggest pro.

Cons

There are far too many: - Toxic environment, the place and people. - Basic equipment is either broken, lost, out of stock, or it doesn't work very well and is dangerous. - Health and safety issues. - Working hours adjusted on occasion without any prior warning. - You're expected to work right up to your finish time before starting to tidy up, so you end up finishing 10, 20, 30+ minutes late. - Freezing during winter. - Dust permanently everywhere. - No warning in interview of heavy lifting. - People regularly overwork themselves. All will be denied, but you'll find out if you join... Only recommended to enemies.

Pros

I have been working at LaundryRepublic full time for over 6 months now. You get all the benefits of a small company where your opinion matters, you can put your ideas forward and you will always find someone who will listen to you. Each and every person's work is very important to the overall success of the business and as such, everyone pulls together when they need to. Despite being a high volume company, if you have any personal issues that are completely out of your control, you will be offered all the support you need . I found that at other companies you'd be made to feel guilty if you were unwell which is not the case here. Everyone cares about one another and there is very much of a family type of vibe at the office.

Cons

Can get cold in the winter.

Great Workplace, especially for students!

Can give you plenty of hours. Opportunity for promotion. Caring atmosphere.

Cons

A little far away, situated in Balham. It can get cold, especially during the winter!

Thanks very much for taking the time to write a review! We really appreciate the feedback. While a light industrial space can sometimes get a bit chilly when the loading bay shutter is open (sorry!), we do offer free branded hoodies (not the trendiest, but warm!).
