Pros

NONE! I REPEAT NONE! DON'T FALL INTO THIS COMPANY'S TRAP!

Cons

The worst organisation in terms of being professional. They do not care for their employees! They made me work and didn't even pay a penny. Prior to joining the job they never mentioned having own laptop is mandatory. After software installations from Laundryheaps end on my personal laptop, my hard disk malfunctioned and my laptop was down. They fired me for the same reason stating i have to have my own laptop. They left me unpaid. Now after months when my laptop is back from the service center, they have their spy software installed in my laptop which does not let me uninstall the software and they have access over my personal laptop. Emailing to the company is vain.

Pros

1. Team. Coworkers are one of the reasons you will stick to the company. 2. Proper work equipments. 3. Night Shift Allowance. 4. Salary on time and there are no unknown deductions. 5. Office is nice.

Cons

1. No appreciation for the work you do. Forget reward and recognition. 2. You cannot take sick leaves or WFH due to lack of manpower. 3. Less manpower and constant employee relieving makes the work difficult. 4. HR are there for name sake. Don't believe and expect anything from them. They are not there for you. Arrogance is on another level. Ms. Deepti can literally shout at you but you are expected to be professional. 4. Don't even think about hike or appraisal for atleast 2 years. Also don't believe in salary revision after probation. 5. The company doesn't know and can neither check how much work you did. But you will be responsible if something goes wrong. I don't know how the appraisal works. 6. Make sure you are happy with the package before joining. There are no other benefits. 7. No leaves during 6 months probation. Neither it will get carried forward for later. Don't believe the HR even if they confuse you with words like pro rata. So the leaves work like this, You joined on Feb. Completed your probation on July. You will have 12 leaves to avail between August to December. Note: Probation is 6 months only, never believe if told otherwise. You will compromise to most of this after 6 months. Remember you work to live, not the other way around. This is not the traditional chat support role. You will need to take care a lot of things. Best place for freshers to learn and grow their career. But freshers are not hired here.
