      You can learn alot about how not to conduct yourself.

      Cons

      Very disloyal and dishonest. Poorly managed by the family of the founder. They are even lying to their distributors and competing against them with shadow sales organizations. Truly despicable.

      Great hour, perks, okay benefits

      Cons

      Location is awful, HR is awful and ineffective, will actually work against you, gender imbalance is clearly intentional. Sabotage runs rampant. Antagonistic management. NO TRAINING.

      They buy lunch, no weekends, all holidays off.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership, absolutely no training, HR people never last, salespeople don't follow rules, all the top leadership is male. Terrible operating system, terrible practices, terrible coachinv and feedback protocols and procedures, terrible location. There isn't enough space to detail how bad it is, truly.
