Management preaches how employees need to be warm and welcoming to all who visits the building to gain a new sale however they need to demonstrate the same gratitude to their existing employees before they quit. I've never seen such an extreme employee turn-around and way too much favoritism for my liking!

Worked with some really nice people. The residents are charming.
Cons
Long hours. Waited hours and sometimes days to get answers or help from my direct manager and while he had time for nonsense, he lacked time to actually be a leader. Clearly only in the position because no one else lasts there. Simply put, stagnant.
