The staff are genuinely great, but management is absolutely awful.
Cons
• The business and people were extremely poorly managed due to leadership making consistently terrible decisions with no regard for consequences.
• Employees were made to suffer heavily as a result of constant poor decision making.
• Long hours were regularly forced, leaving no real work life balance.
• Mental health was significantly impacted in a serious and ongoing way.
One thing I like is that serious responsibilities are assigned early on, so you get to sharpen your skills fast. The clients and projects cover a wide range of industries and issues. No two weeks are exactly the same. The people here are focused and professional.
Cons
Working beyond normal business hours is fairly common when key deadlines approach.
