You have two brothers that work against each other and seem to make a game of it. Hire managers for different departments that give direction to their team and then the brothers undermine managers decisions and give other directions. Then the employees are stuck in the middle and don't know what to do or who to listen to. This happens daily and employees are frustrated, stressed out and anxiety levels run high. There are anger issues and the brothers will explode into a rage and take it out on everyone. Very unprofessional in the way they interact with employees. Changes are made but no one is informed by management which also creates stress because depending on who you ask for direction you will get a different answer.

I have never seen such angry owners at any business. They are not hesitant to yell/scream/swear at anyone at anytime. The really disturbing part is that 2 of the owners seem to enjoy that atmosphere. They boast (laugh) about how they've punished what they call good workers. They seem to enjoy demeaning employees in public. The long-term employees seem to have accepted this behavior and just hang their heads. The newer people....well, I think there were 13 non-management people in the office and only 3 had been there over 1 year.
