Pros

some were friendly, and hybrid working

Cons

Consistently bullied by Manager, disrespected, undermined, intimidated by some of my colleagues. You will be set up to fail from the beginning, outrageously awful working culture. Constant gossiping within the team (encouraged by the leadership) little to no support afforded by colleagues; a constant cold shoulder. Unfairly dismissed weeks ahead of probation end. Strongly discriminated against by female colleagues, belittled, ignored, no action taken except my dismissal (HR did not even bother to address my concerns or even care enough to email me back). A total soul-shattering experience and confidence breaker. The ethos of this company is immediately apparent when joining the office as staff looks utterly depressed and bored. Essentially an office full of irate feminists who display a cold attitude around the clock. To summarise: awful management, terrible colleagues, non-existent training, office politics / gossiping, and not BAME friendly either.

Pros

Offices are nice, and people are friendly. The benefits are good- if you get them.

Cons

Used to be a good place to work, however with it’s recent growth a few bad seeds have since joined the company which is rotting it from the inside. No respect to company loyalty, and concerns and requests are ignored- exit interviews for example. Micromanaging and blame shifting is commonplace. They value themselves on transparency, but could not be more opaque.

Pros

the only positive was Onboarding

Cons

The culture lacked respect and empaty, creatinga toxic and demoralizing enviroment. Working for this company was the most distressing experiance of career (20+ years of career). Strange culture, lots of new staff(70%), few with any length in service. Constant change in process and systems, no one actually knows what they are doing. No training, micromanangement, disorganised and disrespectful management. Management think you are their property and disprect you and raise their voice at you. if you report anything, it will back fire you. I left the company feeling completely unsupported and emotionally drained.
