      Pros

      Lawn Pride is a fast growing company, each season brings new challenges. The work environment is casual and the people are fun to work with. Both locations are kept very clean and neat. The office is organized and efficient. Management works well with all of its employees. This is a family run business, and we are made to feel like family too.

      Cons

      During season the office is fast paced and very busy and can be stressful.

      Pros

      The people you work with, are great. You even have Joe, the office dog. He is great too. It isn't very strict, you can laugh and it not be like someone is always over your shoulder.

      Cons

      It IS customer services, so you will get some pretty nasty people. If you can handle that in person (being a server) then over the phone is a lot better. Mute and hold is your getaway.. But the good always out weighs the bad.
