      Excellent work environment with supportive management

      Pros

      This is a great company to work for. They don't micromanage the agents, which makes it an excellent environment. You learn something new every single day. The managers are very easy to talk to, and support is always there whenever you need urgent help.

      Cons

      The fixed term. I would like to stay as long as I want. LOL

      Flexible remote work but poor communication

      Remote, Flexible scheduling, PTO, Lots of opportunity to learn new skills

      Cons

      Constant direction changing. Poor communication. Constant pivots in direction mean work is abandoned half through, with no chance of finishing. Often asked or expected to do tasks outside your skills or job description.
