In recent years, some of their hires have been poor, and high-quality candidates have not received interviews. The pay is about 20% below market rates. The president will actively silence the voices of dissenters and push out beloved leaders for no stated reason. Turnover is excessive due to poor leadership, with HR having turned over their entire staff three times in the last three years. They have a structural deficit that has been growing by $2 million per year over the last three years. Their enrollment is declining, and they waste money on senseless things instead of surveying students and identifying issues to enhance.
