Pros

Flexible time off; casual, friendly and welcoming environment, good PTO

Cons

Management is not involved enough. They don’t even know what actually goes on and what their employees do. If they had to pick up the phone or take orders, they’d be completely lost. On top of that, considering they don’t come into the office, they’re too strict about the fragrance policy.

Pros

If you're a college student, they're extremely flexible with hours and will even let you take a day off for school ( I have coworkers that take off TTh). The pay is great considering the work, and you always have weekends and evenings off. The people you'll work with are great, and the office environment is very laid back. And you get PTO! Looks great on a law school application, and most of my coworkers have gone on to law school. I personally loved my time here.

Cons

Upper management does not hear employee concerns, and on multiple occasions has split a departing employee's workload amongst the office instead of hiring a new employee, so everyone's job gets more difficult over time. Also, the job you applied for may not be the job you end up doing: you may be asked to move around for the good of the company. Their hiring process is unorthodox and eliminates candidates without high test scores or GPAs, so be aware when applying. The makeup of the office as a result (whether intentional or not) is very lacking in diversity. No opportunities for advancement, just the same thing every single day. Great for a couple years in college, but not a good long-term gig.
