Terrible communication within team members. Some employees intentionally hide crucial information from their teammates. Toxic culture. Too much internal politics. Leader worship is an expected behaviour. Do not thrust 5-star ratings you see.

The work culture is awful. This company has the worst internal communication I have ever seen in my 20 year career. Getting yelled at for not doing some work on a project you didn't even know existed is commonplace. It is common for leadership to tout a significant hire, relocate their whole family to Vancouver and then fire them soon after without any constructive feedback given the entire time they are employed. The founders actively do NOT care about the career growth of any of their employees. If you ask about it or try to create opportunities for your team you will be terminated in short order. Very low compensation for the industry.
