      Pay is terrible, how they treat employees is even more terrible.

      Pros

      - Work remotely - Water is good -It was a valuable lesson to learn at least, that's a pro - to know what a terrible company is. I have a job now that appreciates their employees. Amazing benefits, unlimited sick days, more vacation days, high salary and great comp plan, with phenomenal leadership. My supervisor now is the most amazing mentor, and I cannot believe I had someone like who is at Le Bleu, as my supervisor. I am appreciated now, but happy to know I had the lesson of Le Bleu.

      Cons

      - Pay/compensation is terrible, especially becauseits exaggerated how much you will make. - Micromanages employees like crazy and expects the good sales reps to do all the work - Overall leadership/management is very poor.

      Worked with a few excellent people.

      Cons

      No communication. Dishonest about commissions. No follow through or decision making that would propel the company foward. Do not do what they say they will do.

      flexible schedule nice sales manager helpful co-workers only have to go to the office once a month cool product to sell

      Cons

      money isn't what they advertise no leadership in the field daily conference call where you go around and tell what you did the day before and what your plan is for today...
