      Create your own schedule, that’s it

      Cons

      Drama, low pay, greedy owner, hesitation to promote, favoritism, no respect for workers in the field, incredibly driven by money and it’d obvious but you’ll start off making as much as a McDonald’s manager and the company is making so much more off of your billing hours. Go to Easterseals or trillium before you even think of settling for this place (Greenville location)

      Pros

      This is an incredibly toxic work environment. I can't speak for other locations but the Greenville one is full of incredibly passive aggressive workers. You also will earn less than similar jobs in the area. I was warned when I first came to work here that it wasn't a good job. I regret coming to work here, I should've taken time to research this company more.

      Cons

      All of them, there are almost no pros to working here except that you decide your own schecule.
