This company does not know how to manage people and like others have said has extremely high extremely high expectations with minimal training. Felt like I was being tested and working against my boss the entire time I was here.

Here promotions have NOTHING to do with Job Performance. It is all based on how close you can schmooze with the VP's and Owners. And if you get too close to the wrong one, you are gone too. They talk this big professional game about family, close ties and moving up the ladder, but it is all talk. You cross the wrong person and you are on the black list. You cross the wrong person you my as well pack up and leave. It is just a matter of time. You will never move up because of job performance. Only who get close to and tell them how great they are and what a good job they are doing. Never open to correction. Only accolades even if it is not true. They are excellent at marketing with the couple big guys at the top but very low performance with the people who make them the money to be rich and wealthy.
