Good and Bad

Pros

-if you're passionate about behavioral health, it's a decent place to start. -some opportunities to get more hours (if you do transportation) -Holidays off (although unpaid)

Cons

So understaffed. Sketchy management. They definitely have favorites. Will lie to you about pay, hours, etc. just to hire you. Staff will lag. No breaks.

Pros

Get to form bonds with kids. If teaching and kids is your passion then you will be happy. Weekends and holidays off. On a school schedule.

Cons

Supervising team is not the best right now. A lot of good people are leaving due to management. Once changes in the higher up are made, this place will be better again.
