      Pros

      Room for growth (both career & personal) Invests in education & certifications in the industry Great salary for top performances Fair treatment GREAT colleagues, great colleague atmosphere too. Information, industry updates, thoughts & ideas are shared within the company. Smart & accessible management team. Reviews and open dialogue. Easy to access next to Mechelen station. New modern office, we can even help & give our inputs for the design. Lots of trust after earning it, you can be at the steering wheel to develop your own career. Your opinions are heared and evaluated, taken into consideration (where possible of course).

      Cons

      Work hard environment, but with a lot of trust and rewards. Fast changing and fast paced industry but the management steers everyone through it. Lots of changes in the industry on short periods of time, it takes effort to keep up and to be able to anticipate. You need to be pro-active a lot in your specific responsibilities. This is not the type of environment where you can sit back and relax, and just do your job from 9-5. Personally I don't need that, but if that's what you're looking for, then this might not be the employer for you. When you step up and go beyond the expected, then this is the perfect environment to build out a career.
