Pros
LeadLoft is a great team and the company is growing fast. It's something that's fun to be a part of. It might be one of the first companies I have worked for where I really trust the leadership and their ability to grow. Beyond the general experience, the pay is pretty good maybe standard with other companies in the field. They offer benefits and if you're on the sales team they seem to do really well with bonuses.
Cons
The company can sometimes be hectic because it's growing so fast. But if this is the case it usually slows down after a week or so. It's really just part of helping customers.
