The pay and different work hours were decent.

Cons

This company gives off a caring impression to those who join the group, but that will quickly dissipate when higher ups make mistakes that then cause the employees to suffer. From team leaders blatantly yelling out warnings or public embarrassment to those who have misdialed to forcing 15+ people into redundancy two weeks before Christmas. They have no shame in showing themselves after your initial interview. Will blame you for leads hanging up or declining service, even though you have no control over the leads actions.

Pros

Most of the people are amazing, all so very friendly.

Cons

There is a severe lack of understanding regarding mental health and physical health. It’s very, you have to be in with the management in the call floor to essentially be able to progress or get treated fairly.

Thank you for your review of your experience at Leadstream. I would like to reassure you we take people’s health extremely seriously and complete individual health assessments if we have employees who need additional support, so we can make sure adaptions are made to make work life easier and more comfortable. We also advise in inductions we have two Mental Health trained first aiders on site who all our employees can speak to at any time. We recently sent out the NHS guidance for those struggling in the pandemic and ensured this was available for those without a work email through the Health and Safety folders throughout the building. Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback as every comment is reviewed to make changes and improve. We will ensure we re-communicate to all our employees the support we offer so if someone needs additional support it is available.
