Pros

-Some good co-workers -Good work/life balance -Impressive clientele -Lots of company-sponsored lunches and parties -A paycheck

Cons

To echo other reviews: -Upper management will treat you as a stranger, even after you have worked here for over a year -Company culture suffers from cliques -No clear career path or organizational structure -No clear direction for company growth, they roll out plans but never seem to act upon them -High turnover (I worked at Leader for 2 years and saw so many changes in terms of personnel) -Impressive clientele but limited amount of innovation or acquisition of new business due to contract agreements -Not the best compensation/benefits package -Poor location (in the suburbs of Roswell) for most who are already in the agency world (where most offices are downtown Atlanta)

Terrible Management

Pros

Peers were good people, fun to work with

Cons

Upper management could care less about you as a person or an employee. The c-level executives won't even acknowledge you, and it's not a big office so it make it awkward and makes you feel so insignificant. They don't know how to manage their clients and projects efficiently, so the company grew quickly hiring several employees and then they began to crash just as quickly firing all of those employees shortly after. Their counterpart on the west coast also bought themselves out of a drowning company so they could run things their way...a better, more efficient way. Also, there is no clear path for growth. Don't get me wrong, there were some managers who really cared, but there were also several who didn't. I never was allowed the opportunity to shine, take the lead, or even sit down with my manager and talk about career goals. Poor management all the way around, and it starts from the VERY top, down.

Cons

- No clear company direction - Incredibly conservative, closed minded agency culture - Zero diversity - Creative is not a focus at all - Terrible location for those who live in Atlanta
