Pros

The interview process was handled with utmost professionalism throughout. I was kept well-informed as to the process and next steps. Everyone I interviewed with was impressive and set a high bar for employee standards.

Cons

Other than a miscommunication in the negotiation process, the process went very well.

Cons outweigh pros - extremely toxic

Pros

Most of the employees are good, talented people. You may be lucky and get a good manager, but it's a coin toss.

Cons

The company is led by five men, most of whom lack the skills and leadership needed for their positions, yet they (some of them) feel entitled to be disrespectful to employees. From flat-out insulting employees during calls and calling people out by name while threatening to fire them, to woefully low salaries, a lack of career growth, and straight-up gaslighting (promising to significantly increase your salary next year, then saying the same thing when that time comes), the cons really outweigh the pros. Leadership is concerned about stagnant growth, and instead of tackling the real issues, they focus on petty things, such as calling people out for leaving 10 minutes before the end of the day or creating and recreating various kinds of useless policies that don't help employees or the business. The culture is one based on fear, as that is the only tool senior leadership knows how to wield. The repercussions are seen not only in employees' physical and mental health, but also in the archaic way of doing things, the lack of innovation, fear of trying new things, fear of asking questions, all of which affect business outcomes.

Great colleagues, but toxic leadership and lack of respect

Pros

Great colleagues overall, with many kind and supportive people across the company, even if the environment doesn’t always bring out the best in everyone.

Cons

Leadership operates like a closed circle and tends to make decisions across all departments, even in areas where they lack the necessary expertise. there is a noticeable lack of respect for employees, particularly toward women, and the leadership team appears to be moving toward a male-dominated structure. The CEO's management style is toxic and controlling, frequently pushing decisions that are not effective and resisting feedback. there is a strong preference for unquestioning agreement rather than open dialogue. There are instances where the CEO threatens termination during moments of frustration. Other colleagues can throw each other under the bus due to the culture of fear established by leadership. Overall, the environment lacks trust, respect, and psychological safety.
