Working at Leadership Initiatives is an experience like no other. Not only have I been able to expand my connections beyond what I ever thought was possible, but I've also formed everlasting relationships and friendships with the amazing staff. Every person that works at LI makes it their number one priority to ensure that everyone is treated with respect and is doing something that they love to do. There is a place for everyone at Leadership Initiatives, and I am so grateful to be part of such a welcoming and kind organization.

The work we are doing makes a positive impact around the world while at the same time we are able to work flexible hours, gain valuable experiences, and make life-long connections with one another. They are a really great organization to work for, a great organization to support, and run amazing programs around the world!
