Offers freedom to share ideas and contribute to the bigger picture. Healthy work environment among employees, least office politics is involved. Work doesn't feel monotonous.
Cons
Micromanagement is increasing day by day, creating a sense of unhealthy pressure from the authorities. No additional perks are provided, neither PL/CL nor 40 hrs work/week. The team feels demotivated at times because employee experience in the company is highly neglected and thus compromised.
