Pros

Happy Fridays, New offices city centre of Barcelona

Cons

At the beginning you get the impression that Leadtech has a nice environment but you will realize soon that there is a big friendship between managers and certain people. New comers will never have that situation so you will struggle

Pros

Remote work, flexible entry hours, intensive summer schedule, never asked to do extra hours... AND NOTHING ELSE

Cons

- TOXIC CULTURE AND MICROMAGENEMENT AT HIS BEST - They only wants a 'yes' person who gets work done without questioning anything, feedback is not well received in anyway, they would label you as 'conflictive' immediately - Politics and be liked by certain people is more important here that being actually good in your job, so if you don't get along well with certain people your possibilities of promotion are zero, and even worst, they can really make you a hard time working in here - Salaries are still below market - In many aspects they are like a sect, don't complain about anything and always wear a smile. They pretend to be very friendly and positive but is all a facade, they lack any kind of empathy - Don't believe the positive reviews, they are obviously from all the "grateful stomachs" who work there and who make this place precisely one of the worst places to work I have ever been to. - 'Leaders' and managers control in detail the work you do every day, they have no trust in their employees and if a deadline is not met, is obviously your fault always - No diversity of any kind and is not welcomed - In short, if you have other options, don't even consider it, your health will thank you.

Leadtech (Spain) Response

Hi, Thank you for your review, we take feedback from all employees and former employees very seriously in order to continue to evolve as we have been doing. However in this case, and without going into too much detail, we must clarify that we have an employee turnover rate of less than 3% much lower than the average. We are always committed to projection and internal promotion, in addition to having an annual training budget. The well-being of the team is always the company's priority and has always demonstrated this, especially in the most difficult times. Remember that you can pass on your comments to your manager or also to our Human Resources department so that they can help you with any problem or concern. Best regards, - Leadtech

Micromanagement and Dysfunctional

Anonymous employee

Business outlook

Pros

Salary is average, private medical insurance

Cons

Highly dysfunctional relationship between managers and employees Obsessive and inefficient use of software tools such as Google Sheets and Jira (Excessively bureaucracy) Managers micromanage with obsession the work their employees are carrying out Personal relationships between managers who get along with each other outweigh personal achievements and merits. Managers constantly meet up with each other simply to direct the work of newcomers and criticize their work with subjective criteria. Very little support given to new employees and excessive control is applied.
