Will make you feel like utter crap, belittle you and make you feel like you’re terrible at your job if you don’t do things the way they do - Wesley being the worst for this. No work life balance, they expect you to be available to them and the clients at any given time. Would receive messages at 8, 9, 10pm, 2am. Impossible to switch off due to the anxiety it would give you. Constant fear of making small mistakes and being penalised. They paint this picture of great work life balance, unlimited holiday and it’s just not true. Most of the team don’t take enough holiday because they feel like they can’t due to the workload. All of these things combined really affect personal progression, senior management team breathe down your neck and have a huge issue of letting go and allowing you to do your job / manage clients.
