      Pros

      League responds fast to applications because they are desperate to make up for the high rate at which employees are leaving or being let go

      Cons

      random and unpredictable layoffs. new coffee chat every week because team members are leaving in the middle of projects with no transition plan or prior notice. unlimited pto which you cant really take because burnouts have become the norm

      Falling apart

      Good benefits, nice people, decent pay.

      Cons

      Leadership is not taking us anywhere fast. There's no clear direction and things feel as though they are falling apart fast. Three lay offs in one year - removing good employees without clear rationale or decision making to reach profitability. Feels like there's more going on than what's being let on - transparency is low and morale is down. They also do not care about their employees. They literally just laid off 17% of the company with little strategy and the chief legal officer comes on here to say that League "really cares about employees" - pretty insensitive attempt to bolster their ratings. Don't believe it. The company is entirely marketing with little substance or tangible product.

      Thanks for your feedback. It’s unfortunate to hear your sentiments regarding work life balance, which is something we try to prioritize here at League. Through offering flexible working times (as part of our broader Work Your Way policy), Leaguers may choose to shift their work schedule to suit their life by starting the day later or leaving earlier. Additionally, we continuously encourage employees to take time off to rest and recharge via our Wellness Days and Unlimited PTO policy. We’d love to learn more and hear suggestions!
