Limited upward mobility in some teams – Some reviews mention that career growth opportunities can be limited. Work can be stressful or require long hours – A few employees describe long hours, especially around product launches or peak periods. Compensation and benefits perceptions mixed – While benefits are generally rated okay for a startup, some employees feel pay could be higher compared with larger tech companies.
