I have never worked with a team of such smart, ambitious, hard working, caring, genuinely good people. People at the company genuinely care about building a big company, while simultaneously giving back to the community and helping kids play sports. Compensation is more than fair, there is an ability to work remotely and there is a lot of thoughtfulness into building a very special and inclusive culture focused on transparency.
Cons
Transitioning to remote has its challenges. LeagueSide has done as good of a job as possible, but I miss being with the team regularly in person. We are scheduling quarterly retreats and department offsites which should hopefully scratch that itch.
